Visualize the Positive
Think Yourself FIT ! Before you go for your workout just visualize your exercise session before you get down to do it. As in most of life your attitude will determine how well you do. Belive in yourself and talk positively.
Fatigue sets in when muscles run out of energy, but first when the brain tells them to conserve energy which means your brain tells you to shut down before your body does. This is the time when you need your will to step in and your brain needs to stop thinking. encourage yourself just like you would encourage a friend or a loved one. Tell yourself YES!, you can do it complete these last reps even if your brain tells you otherwise, It will try and send all sorts of signals making you stop but fight it as you very well know that those last reps are the ones thats going to give you the result.
Every single day Visualize yourself living a healthy and fit life and you will be what you think.
Remember that negative talk will bring you down so develop a positive mantra which you can repeat to yourself whenever you will like giving up. For example:
I am fit, I can do this! I am strong and healthy .
After workout I will feel better and energetic.
Hard Workout will make me lose fast and my heart stronger.
I love doing these workouts. They make me alive.
You can create your own whatever fits your pattern just make sure Its to the point and positive.
