Hi Guys , hope you are enjoying the winter chill as much as I am enjoying the warm sun here in Mumbai. Must say am I glad to get out of that cold spine chilling wheather at Mohali.:))
So What about the workouts I thought of blogging this as writing to each one of you separately will become too long a process. But yes I am definitely thinking about each of you while doing this.
Just to let you know that I do try to walk my talk I haven’t skipped even a day of workout ever since the holidays started infact today I did a whole 30 minutes of tabata with strength and cardio.

Had a rough journey yesterday landed home at 9:30 pm.. Flight got cancelled from chandigargh took cab to delhi then flight arrived late took a cab which got stuck in the traffic (Mumbai Traffic) then finally reached home whew!!! First there was a thought that chal yaar chod !,lets rest the next day..but you guys know me something inside me wont let go I need to do this workout even if a short one cause I know this is what is going to make me feel good about myself. Workouts are not just for calorie burns they are good stress busters and they release  feel good hormones which keep you positive and happy throughout the day. Espeacially there’s nothing better to beat the chill then to get up and get a good sweat , try it if you haven’t yet … you will be recharged like anything!!! Works for me always)
So I hope all of you will stay fit during the holidays and please do not forget to have fun ….. keep ur portions small;) can’t help myself lol

Miss u all !! will blog again on New Years with new year resolutions .. and yes i definitely want you to write back your thoughts on exercise and diet.
