New Year Resolutions

Well I guess most of us do make these resolutions just to break them so resolve to do all the wrong things that way you will end up doing the right things . lol Wish this could work but nevertheless like I always believe there is no right way or wrong way of doing things. To get results and stick to any plans or resolution you just need 3 things goal, commitment, patience. First put down what it is you want to achieve this year could be many so prioritize them according to their importance level. Secondly make a blue print as to how you are going to achieve them. Make a commitment to yourself tell someone close to you what you are going to do, don’t keep it to yourself. Thirdly work hard and observe patience. Always keep in mind others can only inspire you but only you can motivate yourself.

Your New Year Resolution must not only be about your physical self which is actually a very temporary state. But more it should be about what kind of a person you want your person to be?
To be complete you need to work on yourself on the physical, mental and spiritual level. If you don’t then you will never find the equilibrium in your life. Your path will always be full of problems rather than solutions.
Last night one of my friends called me up to wish me a happy new year and when I asked her about what she was looking for this year she replied,” Soma I just want to be a good human being, stay healthy in mind and body. And I was really happy to hear this , let me remind you that she is my client too and has weight issues too but for her this was not important (her physical self) . This is what I call looking at the whole picture rather than the part. The same way instead of cribbing about why you cannot loose fat from so and so areas look at yourself wholly and see the changes you have been through admire yourself for becoming stronger and fitter day by day. Remember you are your best admirer and your best critic so balance them both and keep working towards a better goal everyday.
As for me my resolutions are getting to know my being , more inward looking than outward. more strength physical as well as mental. And yes to grow more spiritually and extend help in whatever ways i can to all those who need it.
So what are yours? If you feel like you can write to me I would love to read and interact back .
Take out time and reflect on yourself , Who you really are???
Happy New Year once again to each and every one of you !! God bless you!!
Thanks N Regards
Soma:)
