hey guys..
below i am giving you couple of workouts you can do for these 3 days of holidays mix and match as per your time and need .. But please make sure you do at least some of it … they are easy 10 minutes you can do any time of the day and burn off at least 100 calories at one go … you can do just cardio one time and strength the other . All you need is a little will power and motivation , just put your mind to it …. Will discuss when we meet for the class on Thursday.
Workout one
5 mins jog or march in place or run outside if you can
20 squats
20 lunges
50 jumping jacks
20 situps or crunches
20 leg lifts
50 mountain climbers
20 donkey kicks
20 dirty dogs
50 high knees
1 min plank hold
repeat if you have the time or you can break it up and do it later… modify as per your fitness level
Workout 2
1 min jog
1 min jumping jacks
1 min jog/ sprint
1 min jump ropes
1 min jog/sprint
1 min squat jumps/ squat and side kick
1 min jog/ sprint
1 min lunge jumps / lunge with twist
1 min jog/sprint
1 min jumping jacks
stretch
Workout 3
tabata interval
warm up 5 mins run in place jog or power walk
20 secs squat jumps
10 sec rest
20 sec push ups
10 sec rest
repeat 4 mins 8 times
20 sec frog jumps
10 sec rest
20 sec sit ups
10 sec rest
repeat 4 mins 8 times
20 sec squat thrusts
10 sec rest
20 sec v- sit or leg lift
10 sec
repeat 4 mins 8 times
20 sec plank hold
10 sec rest
repeat 4 times
cool down
Do as per your level you can always modify the workout as and where needed.
