Fitness and Wellness isn’t just about how you look on the outside . It is also about who you are on the inside. As your Mind coach, I come in to help you understand and appreciate your body and who you truly are and what it can do at all stages of your journey both inner and outer. Helping you become the best version of yourself.

Balance

I believe in enjoying life and not letting food or exercise become a source of stress in your day to day life. Following the 80/20 rule is always a good idea. You stay disciplined and consistent 80% of the time and the rest 20% just let it flow. Enjoy the journey rather than getting too fixed on the destination. This will allow you to enjoy life, food and get the results you deserve.

Quality over Quantity

It is not about restricting food or counting calories, it is about making healthy food and lifestyle choices. Focusing on the quality of food and exercise than the quantity will allow you to feel satisfied and see the results you deserve.

Understand that not everyone may start here, but my biggest goal is to help you to learn to love yourself, no matter where you are in your journey. This is what every woman deserves, to love herself and be her biggest source of happiness.
